Role Overview:
Tea Trunk is seeking an experienced and dynamic B2B Sales Head to lead our business-to-business (B2B) sales efforts. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in expanding our presence in the hospitality and service industries, forging strategic partnerships, and driving revenue growth through B2B channels.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and Implement B2B Sales Strategy:
Formulate and execute a comprehensive B2B sales strategy aligned with overall business goals.
Identify key target markets, segments, and potential clients within the hospitality industry and corporate partnerships.
Build and Manage B2B Sales Team:
Recruit, train, and lead a high-performing B2B sales team.
Foster a collaborative and results-oriented culture within the team.
Strategic Partnership Development:
Identify and establish strategic partnerships with restaurants, cafes, hotels, spas, and other corporate partners.
Negotiate and finalize agreements that align with Tea Trunk's brand and objectives.
Client Relationship Management:
Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing B2B clients to upsell/ cross sell.
Ensure client satisfaction through effective communication and timely resolution of issues.
Sales Performance Analysis:
Create a sales pipeline to monitor, analyze, and report on B2B sales performance.
Implement data-driven approaches to optimize sales strategies and enhance revenue.
Market Research and Competitor Analysis:
Stay informed about industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities.
Utilize insights to adapt and refine B2B sales strategies accordingly.
Qualifications:
Proven track record of success in B2B sales, preferably within a D2C brand, food and beverage or hospitality industry.
Strong leadership skills with experience in building and managing high-performing sales teams.
Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and implement effective sales plans.
Results-oriented and motivated to achieve and exceed sales targets.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
