Schedule : 6 days working - one day off on weekday which will be discussed
Timings : Weekdays - 3pm - 8 pm and weekends - 10 am to 7 pm
The candidate will play a crucial role in creating a positive and welcoming environment for students, parents, staff, and visitors. You will be the first point of contact, responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring smooth operations at the front desk.
Responsibilities:
Front Desk Operations:
Greet and welcome visitors, students, and parents in a warm and friendly manner.
Answer phone calls, inquiries, and provide accurate information about the center's programs and services.
Manage appointment schedules and assist in coordinating meetings and events.
Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
Student and Parent Support:
Register new students and guide them through the enrollment process.
Assist parents in understanding and completing necessary forms and paperwork.
Provide information on class schedules, fees, and program details.
Address student and parent concerns or direct them to the appropriate staff member for further assistance.
Administrative Tasks:
Perform general clerical duties, including photocopying, filing, and organizing documents.
Assist with data entry and record keeping.
Prepare and distribute correspondence, memos, and other communications as needed.
Assist with inventory management and ordering of office supplies.
Communication and Coordination:
Maintain effective communication with staff, instructors, and other team members.
Coordinate with instructors to ensure smooth transitions between classes and sessions.
Collaborate with other departments to facilitate efficient operations and resolve any issues.
Customer Service Excellence:
Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive and professional experience for all visitors and stakeholders.
Address customer inquiries, requests, and concerns promptly and courteously.
Handle customer complaints or escalate them to the appropriate personnel for resolution.
Seek opportunities to enhance the overall customer experience and provide suggestions for process improvement.
Qualifications and Skills:
High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification in customer service or related fields is a plus.
Proven experience as a receptionist or in a customer service role.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to interact with diverse individuals.
Proficiency in using computer applications and office equipment.
Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
