Roles and Responsibility
Have to manage the entire D2C business.
Lead ROI-driven paid advertising efforts on Facebook, compose relevant ad copy, create new campaigns, develop and implement A/B tests on copy and landing pages, and publish a weekly ROI report.
Understand organization goals and how to maximize those measures of success through tactical strategies, technologies, and data analytics.
Suggest Landing page optimizations for a better conversion rate.
Manage persona-driven ad requirements with the help of the content and creative team.
Manage and monitor growth by implementing campaign solutions; build campaigns, monitor and optimize for performance and work towards performance-driven marketing objectives.
Manage the implementation, tracking, and measurement of integrated 360-degree, digital marketing campaigns within the timelines and budgets.
Continuous experiment and run A / B Testing on campaigns, messaging, and targeting to improve ROI.
Religiously track funnel conversion and identify key areas for improvement. Engage with the concerned team to drive engagements and deliver results
Qualifications and requirements
2-5 years of experience managing marketing Ads for.
Consumer mindset to understand user experience, persona, and personalized marketing.
Strong attention to detail, problem-solver, and independent performer.
Prior experience in a campaign management role is preferable.
Have strong tech knowledge and should be aware of day-to-day industry trends.
Demonstrate organizational skills, flexibility, and ability to produce results in a fast-paced environment.
